Welcome to Emma Smith Soft Tissue Therapy, where I provide massage therapy services to suit your individual needs. I am a level 5 soft tissue therapist and NLSSM graduate. I hold a BSC in Sport and Exercise Science from Exeter University and I am a qualified group fitness instructor. With years of experience and a passion for helping others, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality care. As a mother to two children, I understand the importance of taking care of your body and am committed to helping you achieve optimal health and wellness.
